Services (CURRENTLY ONLINE ONLY)
Online session - 1 hour - €30
We'll put together a plan that will suit YOUR life and goals. We will be talking about nutrition, exercise selection, sleep hygene, and challenges to overcome. Afterwards you will receive a summary and your training plan via e-mail. We can either do this via Discord, a video call, or in the least preferable case, a phone call.
